In his Gospel, John refers to himself simply as the one Jesus loved. Over and over he defines himself by that simple truth. That same truth is what defines Andrew Nordine. He leads worship, pastors a worship ministry, writes songs, and creates art through photography and video — but all of it flows from the simple reality that Jesus loved him first and called him to follow.
Growing up in the suburbs of Atlanta, Andrew had a front-row seat to the birth of today’s modern worship movement through the ministry of Louie Giglio and artists like those of the Passion movement and Third Day. That environment sparked a love for both God and the beautiful, messy, still-being-perfected Bride of Christ — the local church. Those early influences continue to shape his passion for worship leading and songwriting that helps people see Jesus more clearly.
Andrew now lives in beautiful Guntersville, Alabama, with his wife Kolby and their three kids. He serves as Worship Pastor at Real Church, where he counts it a joy to lead alongside a team and congregation hungry for God’s presence. As a songwriter and artist, he pours his heart into music that helps the church declare the goodness of God — including his latest single ABLE, released earlier this year.

ABLE is about trusting God, no matter what. Even when everyone else says it’s impossible. Even when all the odds are against you and you’re up against giants and have no idea how it will happen, the battle belongs to the LORD, and He is ABLE! Just like Joshua and Caleb, stand firm, and be the voice reminding everyone who will listen that, we may not be able, but God is!
